This Privacy Policy explains how VOEJA Group and its subsidiaries — VOEJA Travel, VOEJA Finance, and VOEJA Tech — collect, use, and protect your personal information.

VOEJA Group ("we", "our", "us") is the parent organization of a multi-sector strategic group headquartered in the United States, operating globally through three subsidiaries: VOEJA Travel (travel and experiences), VOEJA Finance (capital and advisory services), and VOEJA Tech (digital infrastructure and software).
This policy applies to all VOEJA Group websites, applications, and services under the voeja.us and voeja.group domains.
2. Data We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
person Identity & Contact Data
Full name, email address, phone number, billing address, company name, and job title — collected when you register, make a booking, or contact us.
travel_explore Travel & Service Data
Travel preferences, itinerary details, passport information (where required by law), and transactional records related to bookings or advisory engagements.
monitoring Usage & Technical Data
IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, session duration, referral URLs, and device identifiers — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
payments Financial Data
Payment card details are processed exclusively by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your data only for lawful purposes:

4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

5. International Transfers
VOEJA Group operates globally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and countries within the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or equivalent legal mechanisms, to ensure an adequate level of protection.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Travel booking records are typically retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Financial advisory records may be retained for up to 10 years in accordance with applicable regulations. Marketing preferences are held until you withdraw consent. Upon expiry, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.

Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

8. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and incident response procedures. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we are committed to continuous improvement of our security posture.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@voeja.us and we will take steps to delete such data promptly.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing any website, application, or service operated by VOEJA Group or its subsidiaries, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VOEJA Group.
2. Our Services
VOEJA Group provides services through three core entities:
VOEJA Travel
Bespoke travel planning, luxury itinerary curation, corporate travel management, and related booking services. VOEJA Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
VOEJA Finance
Strategic capital advisory, portfolio structuring, and financial consulting. Services provided by VOEJA Finance do not constitute investment advice regulated under securities law unless explicitly stated in a separate written advisory agreement.
VOEJA Tech
Digital infrastructure design, software development, systems integration, and technology consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and licensing terms for technology projects are governed by individual service agreements or statements of work (SOWs).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:

- cancelTransmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or engage in phishing.
- cancelReverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any VOEJA software.
- cancelIntroduce malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive technology into our systems.
- cancelImpersonate any person or entity, including VOEJA Group personnel.
- cancelUse automated scraping tools to extract data from our platforms without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on VOEJA Group platforms — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design systems, copy, photography, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of VOEJA Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
6. Payments & Refunds
All fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
VOEJA Travel: Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the specific travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, operators) involved in your booking. We will clearly communicate applicable policies at the time of booking.
VOEJA Finance & VOEJA Tech: Fees, payment schedules, and refund provisions are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Consulting retainers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
All billing disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VOEJA Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from:

- arrow_rightThird-party actions, including travel supplier decisions or market fluctuations.
- arrow_rightUnauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to VOEJA Group in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our platforms. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
